The first foundational building block of Living in Full Excellence is Faith. I live my entire life by and through my faith. I built this company on faith. Being a pastor and a Christian life coach, I gain all my strength through my faith in God. I want to state clearly however that I am a Christian, my clients are not required to be. What I am saying is that to receive the tremendous gift of living in full excellence your journey is empowered by having faith in something bigger than you.

We live in a world so full of stress and challenges that sometimes it seems that there is no way to live today without feeling the weight of all of it on our shoulders, The effect that these stresses and challenges, whether they be economic, professional or personal have on our daily have put a great many of us in uncharted and undesirable positions.

Webster’s dictionary defines faith as: Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence. The bible defines faith in the book of Hebrews: Faith is the belief in things unseen and the confidence in things hoped for.

Faith is the bedrock of any transformation. Faith gives us hope and hope gives us confidence. Confidence helps us endure and develop perseverance. Perseverance builds character which leads us to a perfect “completeness” known as Living in Full Excellence.
